Huge win for StarCraft Scene

I've been working this for a while now and finally I can share this to you all!

This can be huge for tournament organizers/casters and improved watching experience for all the people who love StarCraft.

Control groups like sc2

Fixed the replay bug and we're now able to see control grouped units like sc2 while watching a replay

Subscriptions flattening

First month of opening the channel I was getting lots of subscriptions in the middle but lately it flattened out. Few things i noticed after experimenting a bunch.

  1. my channel is a gaming niche so there is no trendy topic currently to jump on

​

  1. punching upward is the way. Meaning including popular community figures in the video did so well!

​

  1. popular topics is also attracting more. Think of common gaming terms that people would know. Maybe first blood, kill steal etc. In my case, it was 4 pool, zergling rush etc. People tend to know these things

​

  1. experimented with shorts but they were not getting subscribers. They did get views but not very helpful since it doesn't improve the needle on monetization.

​

I'll just keep on posting everyday but my watch hours are solid so that's a good thing.

​

I'm getting about 1 sub per 190 views so i think that's a decent number too.

​

Hoping to get monetized in a few months, but we'll see. I should set my expectations really low at this point

1000 subs

I was worried about the 4k watch hours before but now the bottle neck seems to be the subscriber count to get monetized.

Should I keep saying subscribe on each video at the intro? What's a good strategy for conversion?

Proxy Vulture rush build order! 72.7% Win Rate in TvZ

Looks like a very strong build for 2 player map for TvZ based on the data. Of course this requires a good amount of practice of how to do Vulture micro.

You have seen 4 pool, but have you seen 4 Rax?

I only saw 2 games out of 100k that did 4 Rax build. Funny enough, it has pretty good win rate

World Record 4 pool - 0:34 seconds even ASL champ does it at 0:36

Worker split and Mineral boosting is real on this one. We have lots of entry on 0:34 but 0:33 seems to be impossible. Anyone up for a challange?
