I see one listed with under 10k miles for about $20k off list price. But it’s not a Hyundai dealer and sticker says it was a demo car. Was planning to lease. Not sure if this voids anything?

This table is solid wood, been told either cherry or maple. The chairs are mango wood. They both have red undertones that I’d like to get rid of. The chairs are smooth but the table has lots of divots and grooves. Can they be made lighter?
