Does the Anycubic Mono 4 Ultra have an aluminium or plastic resin vat?

I'm looking at buying this printer but will need to keep it warm with a fermentation belt, which isn't really suitable for plastic vats. The Mono 4 has a plastic vat, but I haven't found anything definitive on the Ultra.

Heat Wave ARCA Mustang WIP

I'm building LS George's Heat Wave ARCA Mustang.

Here are a few WIP shots. Resin cast body shell, custom decals and wheels from SCO Model.

It's been a long road, and my most challenging build due to all the modifications to the resin body shell and motor, but it's coming together.

I provide regular updates and videos here: instagram.com/taylormakesmodels

Sanity check on concrete quotes for subsidence mitigation path.

Hi all. My house is in an area with a fair bit of subsidence due to the highly reactive soil type (I'm located in Clapham, SA). We recently had an independent structural engineer inspect the property. They marked the existing cracking as minor but strongly recommended paving or concreting down the side of the house most affected by soil movement to reduce the peaks and troughs of moisture throughout the year.

The Job Specs:

Dimensions: 900mm wide x 17m long.

Current State: Covered in gravel.

Requirements: Needs a couple of steps at one end, plus provisions for existing drains coming from the house. Appropriate drainage to get moisture away from home.

The Quotes:

Quote A ($4,000): 25MPa concrete, 100mm thick, SL72 (7mm) mesh.

Quote B ($14,000): 32MPa concrete. (Waiting on further itemized details).

Due to the sheer $10k gap between these two quotes, I’m keen to do a sanity check. Are we on the right track here? Anything to look out for? Can anyone recommend an Adelaide concreter?
