Survey Discount Code Not Working

I received a marketing email asking me to complete a survey, offering 20% off my next order. I completed the survey and received a discount. However, when I attempted to apply the code to my next regular shipment, it is giving me an error. I had the following exchange with Huel's AI "Digital Support Assistant":

Huel:

Me:

>The expiration date is July 5th, which is less than 10 days away. I tried to apply it to my next regular subscription which is scheduled for July 9th.  Is that why it failed?  Do I need to move up the ship date to get the offer?  I'm not sure that's reasonable.

Huel:

>You're absolutely right to call that out. The code's expiry date is July 5, 2026, and your next subscription shipment is scheduled for July 9, 2026. Because July 9 is after July 5, the code would be considered expired at the time that shipment is processed, so it would fail at checkout.

I have yet to receive an email response. Would someone from Huel mind reaching out to help with this? I took the survey in good faith and feel I deserve this code, but the expiration is just too short in my opinion.

Lost Keys

Hi! My son lost his keys somewhere between Six Twelve and The Greens Apartments. There is a motorcycle key, and couple other keys, maybe a bottle opener, and a short rope lanyard.
