So I work at an fc where we use Order Pickers for stow and pick and out aisles are completely packed yet they expect us to make rate and figure it out but I’m wondering if other sites are like this?

There’s no space like at all not even for small stuff I’ve been hitting rate but honestly I have to do miracles to fit the damn boxes lol.

I am new to Amazon honestly just here for a bit there’s no way I can stay here for more than 6 months but anyway this guys started screaming at me because there was no work for like an hour I’m in packing and decided to sit down he starts screaming and I’m like look man I know most of the people here are honestly kids but I’m not a kid and if you respect me I will respect you back if you don’t well we are going to have a rough couple of months, anyway is this common for them to be treating everybody like sh*t?
