Zuko was introduced to the shower today- he was lukewarm to it at first, then started going further down my arm to get in the splash zone UNTIL this goober decides to flutter down onto the shower floor and get full blasted with the water 😭
Needless to say he was done with shower time- so...gave him a nutriberry for a treat and we'll try again in a couple of days 😂

Literally so mad I can't even convey it properly- I've been with this company for six years and never had an issue.
Life happened and due to some issues with my car registration I got behind. Ok, no big deal- I've had stuff pop up before so I did a payment extension as I always have it payed before cut off since we're cable cutters so internet is the lifeblood of our house.
I've prioritzed those payments before many, many others before. Again, 6 years and we stream everything.
Of course, we had an emergency and it was not cheap to say the least. I scrounged up what I could and chatted with an agent BEFORE the final due date.
I couldnt pay it all, but I could pay half. I absolutely could do a double payment the next paycheck but all I could come up with was that.
The agent said she couldnt do anything, but that I had to pay the full amount. I did what I could, which was half - and it seemed to have been ok as the due date came and went and it was still on.
They shut off services today.
They said that because I had "broken a promise to pay" that I was not eligible for an extension.
Are you kidding me!?
I told the two people I spoke to today that I didnt want to break it, to please check my chat logs - I reached out the day after the medical emergency WHICH WAS BEFORE THE DUE DATE to try and work something out, to try and do an extension and I was denied.
They wouldn't grant me an extension before the date and then denied help after due to "breaking" it.
I asked them to please check their records, have I ever done that before? No. Have I ever reached out to them before for anything like this in 6+ years? No. Did I reach out immediately when I realized that I wasn't going to be able to make the payment in full BEFORE THE DATE. Yes.
DONE.
Again, we stream everything- we game, we watch YouTube, we run everything through wifi.
Going with our cell provider now, yall can kiss it. Also, going to make sure everyone who games with me is on a different provider- pretty sure not many where I live are hooked up, but you can bet that the ones who do I will be harping on them to change home and at least one business from this ridiculous company.

Just brought him home yesterday from the pet store- I had to make payments so in the meantime, I visited him every other day for two weeks so we could bond and yesterday was the big day!
