Does anyone know what time they allow people to set up chairs and space for the WC watch parties?

This will be my first Aftershock! I've been to Bottlerock many times and other festivals too.

I'm considering the Capital Club option which includes "Complimentary hors d’oeuvres, light bites, and all-day snacks, and Unlimited beer, wine, cocktails, "

Does anyone have experience with what the food is like? Is it enough to replace buying from the vendors or the "premium food offerings" they mention?

And for drinks, specifically beer - are we talking free Coors Light only or is there decent craft offerings?
