Render view looks like this and I have no idea why or how to change it
Hi, I'm a blender beginner with basically zero experience regarding textures, shaders, materials, etc. I try to fix things by googling or watching tutorials. I created this model and used seperate materials to assign colours to different parts of the model, using the principled bsdf's base colour (and for the face and wing texture, see image 2 and 3), since i'm intimidated by uv unwrapping and it seems to be a pretty simple model.
What I'm confused about is the render view showing a harsh black and white view like this? I've rendered things before and haven't come across this, and I don't know how to change it. I've combed through each material and there aren't any extra nodes or anything (ive included the nodes for the face and wings texture just in case it's something with them, but the rest of the materials have nothing but the bsdf and material output).
I know i tried applying a colour ramp and shader rgb type of thing to the model using a material before while experimenting with the shading style, but since then ive deleted that material so im not sure why the effect would still be applied. I don't remember exactly what ive done with the model very well since ive been making this over the course of a few days. Did i bake the nodes in somehow?
I don't know if this is a really simple fix, if i missed a thing or accidentally did something, but Id appreciate if somebody could educate me! I can provide more images if needed. Thanks!
