Gabapentin

Currently 10 years off dope/fent with the help of Suboxone and now the Sublocade shot. I am on other psych meds but I was recently prescribed gabapentin for anxiety and well it made me feel awesome gave me unending energy and melted my anxiety away. Obviously went through the script too early and now I’m just pissed at myself and ashamed. I’m not too worried about going through withdrawal of any kind but I HATE THAT I have that feeling back in my life, messing with something that’s addictive. I’m so fucking stupid and don’t know if I have the strength to tell my doctor to stop prescribing it. I’m on adhd meds and benzos but my husband keeps them in a safe and dispenses them to me daily. Maybe I could do the same with the gaba? It only makes you feel good when you take too much obviously so I’m curious if that would be a solution. I hate that my mind is fixated on a substance, again. I knew I was messing with fire and did it anyway. Please don’t judge me if you’re going to respond.

Just bought it. Want people’s opinions before I try it out. Been using loving tan platinum recently and love it but still yearning for something darker brown. Thanks!!!

Help me narrow these down to one or two please

Here’s my Amazon cart (two pics) just so you can all see the products I’m trying to decide on. I’m not necessarily going to buy on Amazon this is just for visual purposes lol.

Been using coco and eve dark and loved it at first but now I feel like it’s pulling too yellow on me. Last time, I used loving tan dark and loveddd the color before I washed it off and then it wasn’t dark enough for me, but the shade was perfect! This is the list I’ve compiled from researching this sub and I need to narrow it down. I’m naturally very pale and don’t tan in the sun, just burn and freckle. My hair is like brownish ashy blonde. I have a neutral undertone. When I was a teenager I was able to get super tan in the summers and it was always a deep rich brown, not yellowish. So that’s what I’m aiming for, a deep brown tan.

Will you guys help me narrow these down to 1-2 options?

Oh and if I’m leaving something good out, lmk!!

Thank you my fellow fake bakers 🙏🏻💕

I got Loving Tan but I’m scared

I’m a coco and eve girl naturally pale af. But using coco and eve so well gave me confidence to buy loving tan. What makes me nervous is that they say it dries too quickly and that it’s intended for professional use. Also that it seems to yield a much darker color. Anyone who uses Loving Tan, what are your thoughts

Shopping addict

Anyone else notice an uptick in building your new wardrobe since dropping a lot of your weight? Around the same time I began losing, I started getting into second hand buying and selling on Poshmark and other platforms. My closet is almost entirely second hand items from Poshmark now, and I have mostly everything I’ve needed replaced or wanted— but I still have this urge to shop and purchase!! I feel like maybe it’s because the years I was so overweight I bought almost nothing, just pajamas here and there. Because I knew no matter how cute the outfit or how well I did my makeup/hair, I’d still look awful so I was like what’s the point. Now I have my body back I can actually wear cute stuff and it looks good.

Just curious if anyone else has become slightly addicted to shopping since losing weight!?

Besides tan remover and exfoliating gloves, what’s your most effective way to remove weeks of self tanner?

I tried bondi sands remover with the gloves and did nothing. I know the gloves would work better if I had a different regimen. It always seems to rub off better right when I’m getting out of the time consuming shower lol. I’m so tired of trying to remove it all for a fresh start over tan, only to fail. Any tips and tricks are greatly appreciated 💕 oh and also, how often do you guys replace your mit? Thanks!!!!

You don’t need to match your wedding band with your engagement ring

We got matching wedding bands, but his is a lot thicker. We both chose the pattern together and got them cast. I personally like the traditional matching wedding bands, whatever they may look like. Now you can see the wedding band does not “match” or symmetrically complement my engagement ring, but that doesn’t matter to me. I love them both so much. Does anyone else have the same opinion? Like they don’t have to complement each other? At least if you get matching bands..
