Heyo, over the past couple of weeks I’ve been working on an accessibility mod for the hit game among us. It’s at a point where I think it is pretty much fully playable by the blind. As in I’m blind and I can fully play it lol.

I’ve added things such as accessibility for the various mini games found in tasks, full narration of the endgame chat and voting screen, a status key that Will read out your colour, remaining tasks, remaining players, ability cool downs, et cetera. A constant beeping sound attached to every player so you know when you’re safe to go in for a kill, and much more. If this sounds fun to anybody, hit me up and I can get you a key if you don’t already have the game, and the mod files for play testing.

It’s my first ever playthrough and I Tryed as hard as I could to get the railroad ending. Got up to red rockets glare, patriot was good, we were almost ready to break the sinths out of the Institute, and the game broke. Tom point Blank refused to fly to the actual place we were meant to go. Absolutely nothing worked. He just kept on flying and didn’t stop. After like four hours of trying to fix this bug, I had no choice but to just auto advance the quest which broke the game completely. Desdemona hated me because I apparently blew up the Institute. the very same Institute where another quest was instructing me to go and blow up the brotherhood headquarters, despite having completed the previous quest to blow up the brotherhood headquarters. I did that and was given one more institute quest which turned out to be the last one of the game. And that was that.

Such a sad ending to what up until that point had been a really enjoyable experience.
