I placed an order around 12:10 with eta of 12:40-12:50. The food arrived at 1:27 and by that time I had already hopped on the metro bus on my way to work. I talked to supoort to try to cancel my order but they told me to.go fuck myself so I left to work and took the $20ish loss. The driver arrived around 1:20 banging on my door and stayed there for a good 15 minutes. They left but keep calling me even 30 minutes after my order was marked "completed". I didnt get a refund or complain about the driver to support, I feel like I was talking to an AI agent tbh. Should I pick up or text them to see what they want? I texted and called them when I was waiting outside my apartment for my order but they refused to pick up. :/

I've had my first and only cat since 2023 and I have bathed him maybe 3 or four times at a kitten. My sister thinks its disgusting that he's almost 4 and hasnt had a bath since he shat himself in 2024. I was under the assumption that they are self cleaning and as long as brush his coat every other day and let him groom himself, all is fine. My sister has kept cats much longer than me and know she only has good intentions, and I only want the best for my cat. All help is greatly appreciated.
