Half-day PTO counts as WFO?

At Deloitte USI, can we take a half-day PTO and still have the day counted as WFO?
Right now I don't have any project (fresher).

If I purchase a phone today under Deloitte’s smartphone program and leave the company after 6 months, we don’t need to return the phone back to Deloitte, right?
Can someone clarify the policy?

Hi everyone,
I joined Deloitte USI Hyderabad in Feb as an Analyst Trainee. I got trained in ServiceNow Testing, and many of my colleagues already got projects in this domain.
Currently, I’m still on bench and honestly I’m not interested in this domain. I want to explore another domain/technology before getting allocated permanently.
Is it possible for freshers to switch domains internally before getting a project? Has anyone done this successfully?
Would really appreciate guidance from seniors on how to approach this.

I’m planning to buy ASICS Runner 2 using my wellbeing subsidy through Sidekick Self Service.
It’s showing as “eligible” on the portal, but the product category says sneakers instead of sports shoes/running shoes.
Has anyone claimed reimbursement for similar ASICS sneakers before? Did it get approved without issues?

Hey everyone,
I recently joined Deloitte USI as an Analyst Trainee (about 2 months in), currently aligned to the ServiceNow domain. At the moment I’m not staffed on any project, so I have some free time and want to use it productively.
I’m planning to prepare for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification and had a few questions:
- Is it possible to do this certification for free or get a voucher somehow?
- Does Deloitte typically reimburse this even if you’re still new and not on a project?
- Any specific internal portals or processes I should check for certification support?
- Also, is self-prep enough for this exam, or should I try to find a mentor/coach?
If anyone has been in a similar situation (especially early in their time at Deloitte or on the bench), I’d love to hear what worked for you.
Appreciate any guidance—thanks!

Looking for a good-sounding but not too loud keyboard in the ₹3–4k range. Reliability matters more than flashy features.
Preferences:
- Comfortable typing sound (not overly clicky or noisy)
- Durable for daily use
- Wired or wireless both work
Main use: typing + casual gaming (nothing too competitive)
Any solid recommendations or models I should avoid?
