Off-label Usage Advice

hi everyone,

This might not get a great response but i really need to hear some perspective from real people on mounjaro.

i’m 24f, 5’6 and about 70/72kg depending on the time of month.
i am technically eligible for mounjaro through some sites like voy and superdrug dr, but barely.

i don’t know how i feel about mounjaro yet, and i care about my health. i don’t know anyone who’s been on it that has been just bordering overweight BMI and i need some advice.

don’t get me wrong, i really want this. i feel like my weight is affecting my sleep, my comfort, my confidence and my base temp to the point i’m noticing it daily and i’m uncomfortable...
i just don’t want to put my health at risk, and i can’t seem to find much online regarding this.

has anyone taken mounjaro with a starting BMI of 25-26?
i’m recommended to try get down from 71kg to 56kg ish, but i’m not sure i want to even go down that far? at my happiest and most comfortable, i was 65kg.

for context:
i have been working out three times a week with a PT, going on 8-13km walks at least once a week, i eat roughly 1500kcal per day (which i believe is within my deficit per BMI calc). i can’t say i’m as consistent as some people, but never to an extreme. i would say i’m relatively well versed in nutrition, my dad is a great help there also. i just don’t want to do anything too extreme in the name of weightloss (e.g. my dad eats ONE meal a day and gyms 3x consistently, goes for a long walk multiple times a week and struggles to shift even a pound, despite being fit he is considered overweight from BMI). i’ve been consistent for months at a time and noticed no difference.

for additional info, i have ADHD. the food noise is a massive struggle for me and though i have learned discipline, i am curious about mounjaro for that reason.

any help or thoughts are appreciated, but if you have relevant advice that would be great!

Hi everyone,

I’m someone looking for more sustainable/ethical skincare as well as bang for my buck lol.
I get super overwhelmed with so many thoughts and experiences out there.

I’ve used Nivea Toner/Cleanser and their moisturiser, as well as Niacinamide 10% by The Ordinary… That’s it.

I have combo skin (oily T-Zone, but can also be dry), prone to the odd hormonal breakout or after dermaplaning. Primarily chin/cheek, upper lip area.

I’m looking to help with skin texture, eye bags/dark eyes, dullness, probably skin barrier, maybe oily skin/minor breakouts? I found Niacinamide good for spots.

Can anyone recommend a good Korean brand? Maybe one that does a regime builder?

I’m happy investing into a decent 3-4 step routine, but affordability is always appreciated.

Thank you :’)

Hi everyone,

This might not get a great response but I really need to hear some perspective from real people on Wegovy.

I’m 24f, 5’6 and about 70/72kg depending on the time of month.
I am technically eligible for Wegovy through some sites like Asda and Superdrug Dr, but barely and again depends on the time of month.

I don’t know how I feel about Wegovy yet, and I care about my health. I don’t know anyone who’s been on it that has been just bordering overweight BMI and I need some advice.

Don’t get me wrong, I really want this. I just don’t want to put my health at risk, and I can’t seem to find much online regarding this.
