What's the deal with the Horns of Hashut battle trait?

How are you supposed to best take advantage of this battle trait? Upon first reading it I thought there would be abilities to interact with impact damage, pushing enemy fighters etc.. But unless I am mistaken, there seems to be no real synergy with the warband itself. Would love some help figuring this out.

Job offer in a tight market, but I have serious ethical issues with the employer. Take it or hold out?

I'm (24M) , a fashion designer in a small French city where the industry is basically nonexistent outside of two or three companies. I've been job hunting for months and have zero other leads.

I just got offered a 6 month CDD (fixed term contract in France) by one of the only relevant employers in my area. The catch: the director is openly pro-Israel and, from what I've been told, and verified myslef, uses company money for donations to the IDF. My previous boss in the same industry was in the same vein, so it's not exactly an outlier in my local scene, it's more a feature of the niche.

Some context that complicates things. I'm launching my own brand in September and I'm currently in an incubator program. I teach a couple of design classes on the side but it's not enough to live on. The 6 month timeline of this CDD would line up almost perfectly as a bridge until my brand actually launches, which makes the practical case pretty strong.

I've considered offsetting with monthly donations to humanitarian causes on the other side of the conflict, but I'm not sure if that's a real ethical move or just a comfort mechanism so I can sleep.

If anyone has been in a similar bind, taking a job where you fundamentally disagreed with the employer's politics or where you knew the money was funding things you couldn't endorse, how did you handle it? Did you take it, regret it, refuse it, find a third way? Genuinely looking for perspectives, not validation either way.
