One session in- does everyone blister and scab?

This is my first session using PicoSure (one down, 8,000 to go) I'm now on day 3 with zero blistering or scabbing, and it is just a bit raised. The pain would have let me know this thing would have a giant blister the size of the sun, but really, I was anticipating both of these because the technician had said both would likely happen, but also because she mentioned the black was so dense that my skin was actually scarred from how hard they dug.

Price wise, $1,200 per session feels insane, but also on par with what other clinics quoted, give or take a few hundred, and they offered numbing cream, injectable lidocaine (didn't do it but maybe should have) and laughing gas as options.

She told me no sooner than 3 months, I told her no sooner than I've had my lobotomy. But I've also heard the longer you wait, the longer your body has time to continue clearing it, I'll let that be in my memory's favor.

Curious to hear about the healing process and if this price is out of control, or I'm just in a terrible area for removal.

40th birthday trip, we've never been!

Hey everyone!

This is going to be the most open ended, possibly super annoying question of all time BUT! It is only because we have never been, and would much rather ask humans over an AI bot. When I asked my husband where our vacation was for his 40th, the only input I got was 'the Bahamas.'

We've narrowed it down by a few things we know we don't want-

No huge resorts, no millions of cruise ships coming through, no big old casinos.

My husband is an avid diver, I like to snorkel, we love nature, love animals, I am a vegan (I know, the worst) and I know that'll provide a bit of a challenge but am legitimately happy eating fruit all week, but if there is an island that has some plant based options that would be great to know!

Thank you so much, we are all ears!

I can't seem to find the exact designer (I know it's likely $$$$) but I must know because I am coveting it so hard

Highly recommended Primary Care Doctors (with experience treating ME/CFS?)

Hi all 👋 Can anyone recommend a PCP that they absolutely love, preferably one who has experience treating/familiarity with ME/CFS?

Thank you all so much in advance for any insight.
