2 job options. Dk which one to pick

I've been bartending about a year. I currently have a couple places that will hire me. One is a bartending job, the other is a serving job but the money is infinitely better. I'm sick to death of serving. But I also like paying bills easily. Advice or suggestions? What would you choose?

Intrusive thoughts..

A lot of times when I do spells intrusive thoughts repeatedly pop up and I end up stopping the spell. Doesnt matter of I feel good, quiet, grounded. The thoughts pop up anyway. Not just small thoughts either. Catastrophic thoughts. Out of nowhere. Things I dont normally think about. So I jist stop the spell dont I dont put those out of control intentions in. Any suggestions or advice to deal? Thanks.

What tool do I use?

Ex took the TV and left the wall stand (and the remote because he's a genius). What tool do I use to get the wall stand out?

Serving by certified mail

Location: MI

The judge required I serve by alternative service, one being certified mail. Defendant was served in all other ways as required including legal newspaper.

The complaint/summons was just returned back to me "RTS, no longer resides." Edit: there is no forwarding address

Do I file this with the court?

Bad tips/clientele at location?

Posting here because SL only allows it on Tuesday. I've usually worked in wealthier areas. Maybe been stiffed on tips twice in 7 years. And I remember both times. It was rare not to get 20%.

This new location that I've been at a couple months I am getting stiffed happens a couple times a week. It happened 3 times in 1 day last week. And people arent getting bad service. It just seems more like the location. A regular that I like and likes me still only tips $5 on a $70 bill. People are just bad tippers. And the manager expects me to suck it up. People quit because they are working too hard for not enough money and can work less for more money elsewhere. I do like this job, but maybe its time to quit?

Petty pet peeve

Maybe I'm being a petty Betty but its mildly infuriating when people purposely (especially on takeout) dont order sauces then ask AFTER they have been given their food hoping I'm too lazy or its not worth my time to charge them for it. Just order what you want and pay for it. You absolutely knew you wanted 6 ranches, 4 honey mustard and 3 BQQ sauces.

Co owner signed over title, park wont let me sell

The co owner of our manufactured home signed the title over to me. We broke up, just want to sell and be done with it.

The park STILL will not allow me to sell without him sending his ID and signing the paperwork on our loan. He doesnt have an ID, and to be perfectly honest he's too lazy to get one. And on some level, he just doesnt want me to move on. I cant make him.

Its their "policy." They have right of first refusal and will charge $10,000 if you dont give it to them so I cant just sell by owner and pay off the mortgage.

Any suggestions? Single mom, I'm killing myself working to pay for this by myself. I just want it gone so we can move on with our lives.
