How to prevent Bike+ from rusting again? Pictures of damage included!

I sweat significantly more than most people. On a 2 hour Peloton ride I'll drink 4 750ml water bottles and still weigh less at the end of the ride than at the beginning. I do try to wipe down the Bike - but I'm not perfect. This has caused my Bike+ to rust quite badly - see photos.

My reported power on the Bike+ recently started getting worse and worse. I did not think I had gotten less fit so I blamed the bike. I noticed the belt tensioner bearing was completely corroded and making noise but replacing that did not fix the low power issue. I thought about replacing the bottom bracket, the flywheel bearings, and the pedals - but at that point it's probably cheaper to get a used Bike+ so that's what I did. With the new to me used Bike+ my reported power jumped up ~50% and back to where it had been.

So I'd like to find a way to get the new to me used Bike+ to not turn into a rusty mess again. I ordered this protection towel for the Bike but it is clearly designed for Bike, not Bike+, as it interferes with the USB-C connector on the front of the bike. Further it does not cover enough of the bike - specifically I'd like for something to cover the area above the pedals because sweat pools there and causes rust.

Any suggestions besides doing a better job of wiping down my bike after rides?

When to refill tires with sealant?

I'm running 700x30mm GP5000 on my bicycle. I have it filled with Peaty's Holeshot BioFibre sealant. I know you can measure the depth of sealant by taking off the valve core, letting the sealant settle below the valve opening, and sticking something in to hit the bottom of your tire (I use a narrow black zip tie). But is there a threshold for when I should be adding more sealant? Maybe if it's less than 1/4" deep?

We get lots of spiders but I've never seen this variety. He was quite energetic and not stoked to get caught. Also shoutout to Cup A Bug for doing all my spider rescues for me.

I've heard there is a route that hits all the climbs around Lexington Reservoir. I thought it had a name like "amoeba of pain" or something but my Googling has been unsuccessful so far.

Can anybody share the route? Seems like a fun idea. Thanks!
