It's basically doubled from the product page to the order screen, how come?
I've noticed this a few times, where there's a significant difference between them. Has been both ways, higher and lower on the order screen than the listing.
Item arrived today that needed assembly. As soon as we took the bits out of the box we could see a lot of damage to most of the pieces and the polystyrene was smashed to bits, but we put it together anyway.
It is fully functional so the damage isnt affecting that, it just looks terrible. Bashed in corners and some bits scratched/dinged and separating. One piece also seems to have what looks like water damage as it's gone all lumpy and uneven.
If I'd paid for it, I wouldn't have bothered assembling it and sent it back. The damage is quite obvious and the overall look of the thing is just shabby.
As this has likely happened during transit, can I mention it or should I just review as if it arrived intact? Or email CS to remove it? I can still review the item as a whole because there were no issues putting it together, and it works as intended.
I'm half heartedly applying for new jobs, and found one that seemed vaguely related to my current role so thought I'd take a punt and apply. This was the rejection email, the notes are clearly not meant to be included. Wonder why its so confidential?
Being fired? New round of redundancies and creating adjacent roles to replace them? Put notice in but for some reason needs to be kept hush hush? Internal person already in mind?
I'm intrigued...
Went from 344 and 92% this morning, down to 315 and 88%. Had a look back through the period and theres only one that's gone to Not Approved and still brings up the text so its editable and able to review again (was previously approved and still has excellent rating), and there's about 5 or 6 not accepting reviews from this account that were already there before.
Anyone else similar?
Normally I wake up at some point between 3-5am but tonight I was still up at 1, so when I checked and saw a dish drainer and spare containers for a Ninja Creami, I thought that's my lot and went to sleep.
For whatever reason I woke up again at 2.10, and found a reMarkable tablet! Now I just need to persuade the IT people to install the app that goes with it on my work laptop, they told me no when I asked about it a couple of years ago when I was seriously considering buying one.

I'm in England so could have been a UK band, but I have no clue. This chorus has been living in my head for over 30 years and I haven't been able to track the song down.
Didn't even think, sat down and immediately regretted it.
So I got up today to find myself in vine jail. Not going to make any excuses, I got gold in February and went a bit nuts, then got overwhelmed with the outstanding reviews and got behind, my own stupid fault. I've done nothing today except reviews, and have managed to get most of them done. There's still some left but mostly stuff delivered in the last couple of days, and much better than it was this morning.
But I was still a bit confused. When I've looked at my numbers I'm not sure they add up. I looked through my orders and there's multiple examples of the attached picture, different items, and about half of them are items I've already reviewed before today, hose being one of them. The hose is also being shown as ordered on two different dates, and I've definitely only ordered/received one.
Some items are also showing in my reviewed list twice, one as unavailable, one with the picture as normal.
I'm not sure if these duplicates are making my percentages seem worse than they actually are? Anyone else found this happening?
