Caught in North Central Indiana on a beetle spin with a 2" white paddle tail. That tail notch is pretty deep.

Didn't feel like eating lunch at work today, so I dipped over to the pond next door for a half hour. One small bass to make my day a little better.

For those curious and remember, I posted about this guy about a month ago. He's been to the vet and got a clean bill of health although I need to take him back for his shots because he was too small at the time for them. That is not an issue anymore. He really started gaining weight when we started weening him from the bottle over to a mix of cat formula and pureed wet food. He is not scared of the food dish at all. Like a bunch of you said in the original post he's gonna be a big beefy boy.
