Hello chennai makkale any suggestions for a lunch buffet in Chennai under 1300 per person. Also share your experience in the restaurant.

Recently I 26M have visited a mall in Chennai I have to take a leak so I visited the restroom usually we gents follow a one skip urinals to take a leak, There were enough urinals free but one old man came next to me, from the start he was staring my parts he isn't taking a leak then I realised He is not here to take a leak he was doing some weird body language Idk how to describe. Immediately i cut off that place and went to wash my hands he followed me , there were a lot of people at the hand wash area in front of the mirror I felt comfortable as there are lot of people around me there so I am waiting what this guy is about to he just stood there for 5 mins by seeing the mirror washing hands and drying in the air blower. But he didn't get out of that place he's just right behind me everywhere, then I felt no use of stalking his activities i left outside and waited for my female friend to get out of her restroom since it's taking so long I entered the male restroom again that guy is doing the same pattern with others and he didn't get out of the restroom for more than 15 mins. Then my friends came so I went away. That old man may be of age 60+ was looking fair wearing decent clothes but his behaviour is full creepy. If he approaches me i can push him away or shout at him and i can defend myself. But these creepy guys aren't safe to just wander around. He gave me a little discomfort and fear. I have faced these scenarios in public restrooms at popular bus stands but in the mall it's new and strange.

Can you guys drop any quote related to life/habits/love anything at all which suits/helps u in anyway? Maybe it helps others too ???
