Arranged a purchase with u/ParadiseGamez for a VSF Bruce Wayne, $609 shipped. Account was decent age, had plenty of relevant posts, so I fell for it. Paid PayPal F&F.
My mistake. Reddit account is now deleted, GMail Account returns as not a valid email address, posts are gone from Reddit, tracking shows minimal activity and no destination to my location.

I recently picked this one up recently from Time Ultra.
First off, let’s talk about Time Ultra - Not a RepTime TD, I think only on RepGeek, but I have had really great dealings with them on a number of watches (five in the last few months). Communication has been strong, quality of watches usually good (I have only RL’d one watch and I’m picky), and always packaged up well and arriving safe.
On to the new Panerai - VSF really did a great job with this one. The only detail I feel they missed is the bezel inserts. On genuine, they are a dark grey color that better matches the case material and on the rep, they’re black.
Watch is weighted close to gen, which is lightweight at 120 grams. Movement details are nice, even with a closed caseback. Case machining and finishing is excellent, sharp lines and no obvious flaws. Canvas strap is robust, albeit a little stiff.
I’m always flipping watches so I can try something else and have this one up for sale, but have considered taking it down multiple times and wearing it, I like it that much.
Picked this up from one of the FB BST groups, good shape with a WOE NATO. Even better in person, I really like it!
Received this one from Time Ultra yesterday. What a beautiful timepiece! Quality is stunning, colors are great, fit and finish excellent. All in all, a very well done unit by VSF and delivered perfectly (and quickly) by Time Ultra.
I had put together a Batgirl a while back and my wife loved it, but when she tried it on, it was just too much watch for her wrist. Managed to find a 36mm sub case with GMT bezel insert, and this is what we came up with!
Mostly AliX parts, NH34 from a donor RollsTimi GMT watch, all in all, she's VERY happy with the watch!
Built this originally to be an all blacked out look, but I had issues with the bezel insert pip lume not matching the dial and hands, the blacked out hands were hard to read unless directly lit.
Experimented with a set of red hands and they were too much, I finally settled on the silver outline, black infill hands and I'm happy with how it turned out. The YM dial also has the small red index highlights. Pleased with it for now, but I do have a date dial with red numbers that I might try out.
One thing to note, the Namoki Mods case/bracelet combo is REALLY high quality compared to AliX cases I've tried sourcing. Between the weight and the overall finishing (softer edges, not so sharp), drilled lugs, etc.. It's really nice. I'd build more watches with their hardware if it wasn't so darn expensive.
Loving the clean basic look of this one.
Ordered back in late May from Trusty Time, VSF backlog meant I didn't get QC until July 6th, watch arrived yesterday.
This watch is a good example of flaws seen in QC (slightly rotated index at 9, bezel not lined up in photo) do not show at all on wrist. I'm super happy with the watch, it's a great example.
Now, I wish VSF would get the color right on the "Seamaster" text, but that's pretty much my only gripe with it.
Put this ti case field watch together today. Using a Chinese NH35, so who knows how long it will hold up, but I did pressure test it to 140 PSI, so it should be waterproof to 100M or so.
Had this one show up today, great transaction with Andiot, shipping was the usual speed to the US (FedEx was three days to me once it hit the States). Really nice replica of the Pelagos FXD GMT, happy with this one for sure!
Anyone else had this issue? HVAC switches to 76° and defog and none of the digital controls on screen work. Physical buttons and knobs work, I can switch it back to Auto, then it will bounce back to defog.
Dealer reprogrammed the actuator for auto-defog, but it seems to have not fixed the issue for me, happened again.
If you managed to get this fixed, let me know what the solution was…
Pretty standard vk63 build, jubilee bracelet is a little out of spec, but I like it. Requested build for a friend, heads out the door later today.
I really loathe setting the large chrono second hand on the vk63. It still took me a second try with a new hand to get it right, it's pretty tricky still after doing four other vk63 builds.
I really lean into the homage builds, feels like a "I built it myself" way to obtain otherwise financially unattainable watches. Took the time to really shop around to find the right pieces and parts and I'm pretty happy with this build. NH34 movement, text correct dial, jubilee bracelet. I *should* put this for sale, but I'm having a hard time not wearing it!

So I ordered a couple Chinese NH35 movements a while back to see how viable they might be given the cost savings versus Japanese movements. TL;DR, I won't be buying any more of them for a few reasons:
Stem insertion is a hassle. Both of the movements I have require you to hold the release lever to insert the stem, otherwise it will not seat properly.
Winding. When manually winding, it doesn't always engage right away, feels loose/sloppy until it engages. Something weird about it that I can't quite put a finger on.
Regulating the movement. This is the biggie. Neither of the movements I have regulate well. I can get Rate down to +/-2 s/d, but never at the same time as getting the Beat Error below 0.5ms. I sat with one for two hours today trying to find the sweet spot to get it Regulated well, but the best I can do is 0.8ms and +2 s/d.
I could tolerate 1 and 2 if 3 didn't exist, but getting it tuned and regulated right is proving to be very difficult. It's possible that's a me problem, but I can put a Japanese NH35 on the timegrapher and have it regulated in 15 minutes or less.
