I’ve never tried 5-MeO-DMT but have some FB coming and was hoping to turn it into a salt as I suuuuck at successfully smoking things.
I’m fairly experienced in RC psychs but, in terms of unsubbed trypts (or specifically N-subbed tryptamines), have only tried DMT (obvs), DPT, and DiPT. (I do not count aMT for obvious reasons.) I’m looking to explore that category a little bit more in the near future. Seems like MET and MiPT are winners but would you guys recommend any others?
After a small “allergy test,” I tried 1.2 mg of 25P-NBOH intranasally. I began coming up within 10 minutes. The beginning of the experience was marked by strong visuals with significant pattern formation, tracers, and strong color enhancement. Unfortunately, there was also rather significant body load and nausea though I never vomited. (Of note, I also got fairly negative body load on 1.8 mg of 25E-NBOH, so perhaps this class just doesn’t agree with me.) I can say this drug is substantially more visual than 25E-NBOH and also lasts much longer, at least at this dose. I was still experiencing color enhancement over 12 hours after dosing.
I’d tentatively say a common dose range of 500-1000 ug +/- 200 ug would be reasonable for the intranasal ROA. Obviously YMMV.
I have some 25B-NBOH that I have yet to try but am eager to compare it with 25P-NBOH as 25B-NBOH is also supposed to have strong visuals.
EDIT: one strange element I forgot to include was the fact that 50 mg of Seroquel taken several hours in had essentially zero effect on the trip. Realistically it probably dulled it some but, as mentioned above, I was still experiencing residual stimulation and color enhancement over 12 hours after dosing and 3-6 hours after taking Seroquel. Now 50 mg of Seroquel is not a huge dose but it’s been plenty to kill other trips with more conventional psychs. I was able to sleep pretty easily that night nonetheless, so I didn’t much care that the Seroquel failed to kill the trip, but I found it curious and figured I’d mention it.
