How to create such GBiz Ads

To promote our local businesses I want to create these GBiz ads. i.e. ads that appear on the google maps and on click redirects to the location page. I am struggling to get this resolved.

  1. Locations added in SEM - it is showing some traffic but when I search on maps nowhere I can find my ads but all competitor ads keep coming
  2. PMax Campaign - Again the same issue infact no luck of promoting the locations just image, and video ads that will be posted across Google Network (Search, YT, Gmail etc)
  3. DemandGen Ads - These dont include the Local listing in the ads, though they provide an option to include website link, image ads or video ads but the location link is not getting promoted.

If anyone has a solve for this please suggest this is quite urgent.

Scaling Google ads for Physio clinics

I am managing a Google ads account for pysio clinics in 3 cities the issue is with Optimization we got good results in July but as soon as we went broad match it took a hit, now I have rolled back to phrase and exact however the roi is pretty stagnant. I want to scale but when we try to do that the leads quality goes down. What do you recommend?

Right now am picking the keywords that are giving us revenue and trying to include more variants but am targeting BOfU keywords itself.
