What do i do.
This yank session is the final straw. I find myself watching the worst porn imaginable to fill that dopamine hit. I absolutely hate it. I hate everything about these urges and actions. I cant seem to stop. I've been watching porn consistently all my life being accidentally exposed at a mere 6 years old. I struggle with lust and feeling any emotion at all. I am in a very loving relationship with 3 kids. I plan on marrying this woman. But I can't stop with this porn issue. The guilt I feel watching it is critical and the guilt from doing it and hiding from my partner is worse. I want to stop so bad. How do you guys do it? Please help. I've made catfish accounts to see girls i know nude. I've been on the depths on X and Reddit to view. This is so bad and has been forever. It effects my sex life also. I am a completely normal human outside of this, I work a great job have a great healthy family and everything is perfect. But once the doors close I slip and wish it all would end.
