Had the chance to move our collection into a new home over the weekend and wanted to share! This is almost all self-collected with a few items traded with other collectors around the world. Mainly US east coast finds with a few things from across the pond. One day i'll find an intact meg from the Calvert Cliffs!!
Found inside of a Chesapecten nefrens from the calvert cliffs. Could it be a pearl?
Otodus Obliquus?
These are a species I have not seen before with multiple cusps and a deep nutrient groove...
Worn, but assuming a croc scute based on the shape and bone pattern
