Got an 03 Civic 2.0L and was hoping that someone had the part number or even somewhere I can get something to fix this hose? It’s leaking where the clamp is a piece of it is off. What is this for? Any temporary fixes?

Hi guys! I have an 03 Honda Civic Si Ep3. I’ve had this issue for the past year where it doesn’t like to start when it gets hot; and I live in Nevada so it’s usually always hot…. I’ve changed the starter, fuel pump, main relay. The battery’s at a good charge and alternator’s working. I’m just unsure what it is. I went to a shop and they were telling me it was the starter that I got but the issue was happening before changing it. Thank you!
