Need help on picking the right watch

For the past year and a half developed love for running and run 3-4 times a week. A lot of it is structured like 2 quality runs (tempo and interval), 1 Zone 2 run and 1 optional long run. Currently use whoop and most of my runs are on treadmill so pacing and keeping tab in HR have been manageable. Nov whoop subscription ends and am evaluating should I move to something like Forerunner 70/170 (I do outdoor runs once in a while) or stick to something like Fitbit Air + Bevel. Do some light strength but that’s not the primary use case. Wanted to know if someone made the switch or what their take has been. I am able to do 5k under 25 and next target is under 23. Though maintaining fitness and training right is my primary goal and getting better.

Dhamma Sukhalaya

I am going for my first 10 day retreat to Dhamma Sukhalaya end of June. Anyone who has been there how has your experience been? Also for the 10 retreat anything I should be aware of or carry?
