I built a 10,000-member eSports community before even launching the platform. Now comes the hard part.

Hello everyone. I've built an Italian gaming community (focused on Call of Duty) that currently has 10,000 members on Telegram, with 20% active daily. The tournament platform is in alpha, and we're establishing the legal structure.
The vision goes beyond tournaments: content, a marketplace for indie developers, and, in the long term, own-brand hardware.
The Italian esports market is worth €32 million and growing at double-digit rates, but the amateur scene is still fragmented, and that's where we're positioned.
We are three founders with complementary skills (product, software/AI development, communication, and growth) and we're looking for industry peers to connect with: those with experience in gaming startups, those familiar with the world of early stage investments, or simply those with compelling feedback.
If you're interested in the project, DM me and I'll tell you more.
