how is my rook!?

is my rook doing okay?

the first picture is immediately after done, second is today (1 month later). (it is not as red as the second image right now it was just because i cleaned it)

is everything looking normal is my only question!?

it has swelled a lot and is looking a lot puffier, there is a small bump on the top that bled today but other than that it doesn’t do anything else, i clean twice a day with saline spray and then hair dry on cold to dry and use a travel pillow. thanks!
