I live in a condominium with a lot of shops below me. One of them includes a restorant, two waiters that work there don't live in any of the blocks but use an access card to go to my condo's gym. I wouldn't have a problem with this if they never harrased me and my sibling every time we go to the restaurant purposefully shoving next to us, staring and then intimidating us. I feel angry seeing them purposefully come through the block we live in to go to the gym. We pay management fees and rent yet these guys who are harassing us get to use the gym for free. It makes me feel helpless and angry. I'm not sure how they got the card but I know for sure they don't live in my condo I've seen them leaving a house near the condos so that's where they live. I've talked about this for over 2 weeks already and the management is still very hesitant on cracking down on this. I've seen the management and the waiters talking and laughing so I guess that's why they don't want to do anything. Today was the worse, they started questioning me, I live here pay management fees every month and still they rather question me then them. They want me to take a picture of them in the gym and send it to them. I'm hesitant cause I don't want the waiters to see me doing it they know where I live. They know it's difficult to do that that's why their asking me to do that. I've provided them with the waiters names and they still don't want to get rid of their cards they want me take a picture. Legally I saw it's not legal for third parties to use resident cards under the Strata Management Act 2013. How do I proceed? I dont want the waiters to know it's me for my safety yet I dont want them using the gym when they dont pay any sort of fees here. Could I report this to immigration? The waiters are foreign workers though i really hate the idea of calling immigration on workers they are pushing it for me. Is that too far? But the waiters have humiliated me by purposefully walking by and brushing their hands up against me, staring and standing so close. What do I do? I feel very angry right now. What's the sensible thing to do?
