How do you store propane?

First time here. I need to ask a human (not AI or pseudo AI search results) how to properly store propane.

Looking to buy propane tanks (no bigger than those 1lbs from Walmart) for outdoor cooking at the park or beach camping. But when I'm done, I am limited on where I can store them. I don't want to buy them if I cannot safely store them.

I rent a room, so my room is the only real place they can go. Definitely can't keep them in the car as it has been over 100°F here (thanks So Cal).

Or should I go woth butane and a butane set up? I believe all the same risks applies still but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Career Choice 2nd Degree

I remember beginning of this year that career choice was cut off for people who had already earned a bachelor's. Now someone asked on our VOA board if this has changed which an Sr. OM stated that you can get a second bachelor's degree. I don't see anything on the career choise site confirming or denying this. Has anyone tried to start a new 2nd degree paid for by career choice in the past 6 months? I'm doubting my leadership on site.

Think this is a point where I can start over. Need some direction please

Went to college for Political Science. Figured out my 2nd year that I really like computer science but the university did not permit people who were not STEM majors to change from Social Sciences to STEM. Went to my TRiO Director for advice and to hopefully ask her to advocate for the change as I was ok with staying an extra year to complete the major. I was told that I should stay in my major so I can advocate for political change for Black people.I did ok in the major but the computer science was in the back of my head.

Fast forward 12 years at 34 years old, I just got laid off from a warehouse job that I've been in for 8 years. I initially got that position because I was in an unsafe environment and it got really old that interviewers were telling me to be a teacher instead. I don't want to be an underpaid babysitter for children. Kudos to the people who find teaching as a genuine passion. I've been told that I have a talent for it, fine. (IMO most things people can read directions but with the age of AI that has taken a back turn). But I want to be paid and appreciated for my "talent." Teaching in a classroom does not meet my financial and mental needs. The warehouse job was easier. I stayed longer than I wanted to because I ended up being hit with a bill that I consigned with my family and they failed to make payments. Was garnished for 4 years and finally paid that off at the cost of working 50-60 hour weeks continuously. Managed to get a promotion but now got let go from the company 2 years after the promo. I started the leg work to finally pursue what I wanted using company benefits but ran out of time. One of which my manager helped me take it with me and I am doing a certificate program right now in data analytics.

Now been unemployed for a month. My current landlord is being creepy and I'm actively navigating a job search and an apartment search. Yet, this also feels like the first time in my life where I can finally focus on what I want and not what anyone else wants. I want to do the Computer Science route but not sure how to compete against AI. I want to stay in my current state but I see many Black people leaving California and wondering if this is my chance to leave to and start fresh. It does seem like a lot of the private white collar jobs left California. A friend offered to put me up for a few months if I go to Texas while I get on my feet. Could use some help hashing some stuff out and getting some perspective. I have friends around me but it seems that they are much more...emotional and I can use some logic based in reality

Need to know how to protect myself from landlord while I work on finding a new place to live.

I understand that the ultimate solution is to find a new place to stay, but while I'm living here, I need help on ways to protect myself.

Long story short, I'm being sexually harassed by my live in landlord and currently looking for a way out. Meanwhile, he reveled a lot of information following an argument that he has been monitoring my movements far beyond a tenant landlord relationship. I came home tonight and just sat in my car for about 30 minutes, when I saw through the front door (from inside the house) flashing what looked like a phone light through the door directly at my car. I noticed because the light was bright enough to shine against my car door window and briefly in my face.

I'm documenting but need to know whay else I can do here. Located in California.

Power Outage IE

Did the power grid go down or something? Looked on Edison and theres 20 reported outages as of 7:16PM PDT. Only less than a quarter seems to be due to maintenance.
