How do you feel about this? Does this speak more to the translation or is this a solid technique for creating a sense of stress to the reader?

And what advice would you give? I am consistently doing 30kms with 1500m+ elevation gain and want to break into longer races. 37f here 💪
{edit} - You guys are great 😊 I appreciate all the can-do attitudes. When you're the only one in your friend group who does trail + long distances, you tend to get a lot of high eyebrows and "that's not a good idea". I will be planning a 50km race now 👏👏
