My first attempt at coloring with alcohol markers

Hi! I’ve been coloring with acrylic markers in Hachette Disney books for over a year, but recently I got influenced by the cozy, bold coloring style using alcohol markers.

I ordered my first Ohuhu Honolulu 120 set, and the very next day I decided I’d be missing some lighter colors with that set, so I placed another order for the Ohuhu Pastel 96. 😂

My 120 set is delayed, but yesterday I received my pastels. Originally, they were supposed to complement my main set, but since that’s all I have for now, I really wanted to test them out.

Here’s what I came up with after a few hours. Not finished yet, but already see the vision 😊

I can already tell that I’m missing some vivid colors to deepen certain shadows and create some patterns/details across the page. But overall, I’m really happy and excited to discover a new way to enjoy an old hobby:)
