Three piece suit good for a formal wedding?

It’s my wedding, I think I’m gonna go for the three-piece rather than a tux. One I would like to buy it, two to me it just feels more like myself, sometimes a tux can feel a little costumey. Color would be charcoal gray, I chose that one because I feel like everyone uses black, and the two weddings I’ve been in we had navy tuxes for both so I’m kinda sick of navy, so I wanted to do something different. Ivory necktie with a white shirt.

The attire will be formal, and we’re suggesting just suits and ties for the guys (trying to discourage tuxedos without outright saying it, although if someone did show up in one we wouldn’t kick them out)

Is this good for formal attire still? And make me stand out enough? Obviously I’d dress it up a bit with cufflinks, bigger boutonnière, etc.

Ceremony tentatively will be at 4 PM, reception extending until 11 PM

That last comment is disturbing. People like this are why women don’t come forward.

Dude complained about trans people in sports and then immediately is fine with Trump perving on teenagers, disgusting prick.

Name a better duo than PB & J. I’ll go first. Trump supporters and Cognitive Dissonance. Oh, and What-About-Isms.

At this rate I think I only still do this just because I enjoy clowning on these people lol.

Trump supporters do not have a leg to stand on when it comes to Graham Platner

It is sooooo ironic Trump supporters are criticizing Platner for his last after he’s owned it, apologized, grew from it, and took accountability, and meanwhile they support a guy who has never apologized for anything a day in his life after mocking a disabled reporter, bragged that he could grab women by the pussy, bragged that he could barge into the changing rooms of teenage girls without their consent, and the list goes on and they didn’t have shit to say about that.

And for the record, i’m not defending any of the things that Platner said, they were fucked up. But what matters is that grew as a person from it and owned it, which he has. As far as the tattoo goes, he says he didn’t know what it was when he got it, said that he went through multiple security clearances in the military where they checked for hateful tattoos, it was never flagged. Said he had multiple Jewish family members that saw and never mentioned anything. So I believe him.

This war is bs

“Iran said ‘death to America’, we had to attack them to stop them from having a nuke”

And? North Korea has been threatening to nuke us for decades and we haven’t gone to war with them. Rhetoric and actually launching a nuclear weapon are two very different things because even if Iran did have a nuke, we would still out number them by over 5,000 nukes, it would pretty much be suicide for them.

But that aside, Joe Kent, Trump’s own hand-picked counterterrorism director a special forces veteran who spent 20 years fighting terrorism, resigned and said Iran posed NO imminent threat to us and that this war started because of Israeli pressure. That’s not me saying it, that’s, the guy Trump put in charge of assessing exactly that.

And if Iran was truly a week away from nuking us, why did Trump spend all of summer 2025 telling everyone he already obliterated their nuclear program? Then by November that year his own White House quietly changed the language from “obliterated” to “significantly degraded.” So in just a few months it went from totally destroyed to… not totally destroyed? They can’t even keep their own story straight.

Also worth mentioning, we HAD a deal with Iran. Obama negotiated the JCPOA, which had Iran scaling back their nuclear program under international inspections. It was working. Trump tore it up in 2018 for no other reason than it had Obama’s name on it, which is exactly what allowed Iran to accelerate their enrichment in the first place. So if Iran got closer to a nuke, ask yourself who made that possible.
The IAEA, the international nuclear watchdog. said before any of this that there were no credible signs Iran had an active nuclear weapons program. So we went to war based on what exactly?

I’d also like to highlight back in 2013 Trump said Obama was gonna get us into was with Iran because he was “fails at negotiating” so I guess hy his own logic he fails at negotiating lol.

When so you’re so pro family that you’d rather family be broken up than admit welfare benefits work lol

For context, the discussion stemmed from talking about how “pro life” just means pro birth.

The cognitive dissonance of people like this is amazing (scroll)

They move the goal post over and over again when presented with facts and then once they finally run out of room move if they resort to attacks and dumb rhetoric.

Trump sucks and has failed on most of his major campaign promises.

Feel free to debate me.

He promised:

“No foreign new conflicts” he recklessly attacked Iran despite there being no evidence they were gonna attack us as evidenced by his own national intelligence and counter terrorism team

“Cheaper gas” because of said conflict he started, gas prices are skyrocketing

“Lower prices” total food prices are up 4.2%, since the start of his term, total consumer prices are up 3.8% and will likely go up even more because of the higher fuel costs

“Tariffs will make our economy great” they’ve costing the average home $1,000-$1,300 per year

“We will bring manufacturing back to America” we’ve lost over 100,000 manufacturing jobs, and spending on new factory construction also declined by 8.8% (both also because of his tariffs)

“We will create jobs” we’ve had 5 months of negative job growth so far according to revised job reports under his term with more likely to come

“I will release the Epstein files” only partially released after he spent months trying to cover them up and calling them a “Democrat hoax”

“We will eliminate the national debt” he raised it by over 2 trillion in just his first year back in office.
