Worried about the video game lore. The last owlcat post talks about mars' "corporate grind", since when does Mars even have corporations?

I can't re-post here but you can see it over on the expanse RPG subreddit. I decided to post here because i commented the same thing under that post, but nobody seems to care.

Now mars has been described as "capital C communist" by the writers and, as far as i understand it, has a complete command economy. That means everyone works for the state essentially as one big "cooperative".

Now the expanse RPG has posted a blurb about a martian character's backstory, that she is "tired of the martian corporate grind". Even though i'm pretty sure we've never heard of a single martian corporation in the books or show.

How do we feel about this?

EDIT: people were wondering about when the authors said this, here's the tweet:

>And the Martian government is a completely planned economy. Practically big C communism there.

EDIT2: to be clear, i'm saying mars, as far as we know, doesn't have privately owned corporations with some CEO trying to make profits for himself so he can buy more superyachts or whatever, i understood "corporate" to mean "capitalist", that was my bad.
