Converting nano aquarium into pinguicula terrarium?

I’ve been firmly in the aquascaping/planted tank hobby for a long time, but I recently discovered pinguiculas and can’t stop thinking about them. I have a nano shrimp tank that I’ve been wanting to rescape, but I’m wondering how feasible it would be to convert it into a terrarium instead and how much of my planted tank supplies I can repurpose. I have a basic understanding of carnivorous plants and how their needs differ from photosynthetic plants.

What I have:

UNS 5N rimless tank with glass lid (not airtight)

Twinstar 30B LED grow light

Fluval stratum aquasoil

Aquatic moss and other semi-aquatic plants that are capable of growing emersed

RO water

Would I be able to do a terrarium with an aquasoil substrate for moss and utricularia, with a ping island with rope to wick moisture and additional carnivorous plant soil? Is the light I have appropriate?
