I have almost 1 year experience as a full stack developer and 9 months experience as a PM/Delivery intern at a reputed Bank.
I want a PM role where I get more involved in the Development process, maybe a hybrid role. I’m passionate about PM but I feel like my development skills are going to waste as I enjoy coding too.
Are there Junior TPM roles in the industry? Cuz every vacancy I’ve come across for TPM require 7+ yrs of experience.
I’ve noticed how little property owners are aware of Airbnb.Its always either booking.com or agoda.
I’ve been hosting on Airbnb for almost 3yrs, 2 of my properties and a friends apartment which was closed down. I’ve built a strong profile and have been a super host/guest favorite and the algorithm favors my listings so I get quite a few bookings.
For instance a small apt in Col - 06 would cost about 120k -180k and on Airbnb you could list it for 12k -15k, there were times where some rented my apt for 20+ days.
As the guests make the payment in advance the cancellation rate is very less and payments are reduced in dollars.
The only hassle for me was finding someone reliable to do the cleaning. Everything else can be systemized, guest communication, coordination is all done by me. There can be bad guests every now and then but I always check their rating before accepting their bookings.
It takes sometime to build a strong account, good reviews, fast reply time and good pictures will help.

TL;DR: Airbnb.com has a lot of potential to and more people should list their properties there.
