Recently, I discovered that Ace Combat 6, a Xbox 360 exclusive, that people could only play it on emulator with bugs and glitches, now could be played as a native application, thanks to a method developed by a group of talented hobby devs that managed to recompile the game into a mostly perfect playable native PC port - which means there are little to no bugs.
Now, obviously, I tried to get pre-compiled binaries in order to skip all the hard work - you have to actual recompile on your own PC using tools given by those devs and installing many dev tools that are very huge in size. But I could not, hence I took the effort to compile it on my system.
I have managed to compile it on my PC and the game works without any issues at all. So I wondered if I could effectively share the pre-compiled binaries so that others could also play it.
I did not post on acecombat sub, probably they wont allow piracy stuff there.
I had watched movie Satluj / Punjab '95 just now, and I was moved by sacrifice made by Jaswant Singh Kalra in order to bring justice to innocents.
But one thing I did not understand, why Punjab government and Punjab Police, who were mostly Sikhs, turned too brutal towards their own brethen? How could those Sikh police officers, abduct, rape, extort, and brutally kill their own brothers and sisters?
It's one thing to oppose Khalistani extremism, but on the other hand, what made the people in power to brutalize their own, as if they did not belong to same religion and ethnicity. I could not see any sympathy among these people for their own kind who were drawn into idea of Khalistani. Unlike in other case, say in Kashmir, where there were huge elements of government and police who still held some sympathies for Kashmiri militancy. How come there was a total absence in case of Punjab.
I am setting up a HTPC in which i installed fedora with KDE. I then discovered plasma-bigscreen that pretty much turns KDE into a HTPC gui. I tried and it was fine enough for me. This HTPC is meant be a an replacement for a setup-box attacted to my TV. I intend to control and operate this HTPC using a wireless gaming controller.
But there is one problem....
It's on-screen keyboard is not working. I have enabled it main menu, still it won't show up at. I can move mouse pointer using controller sticks and operate the GUI using controller fine, but no on-screen keyboard shows up despite enabling it in main menu.
Steam bigpicture mode has its own on-screen keyboard, but it is for turning into a gaming console, it is not really fit for a HTPC or my use-cases.
Please tell me any way to fix this.
I am trying to get a vintage style suit, but most of outlets (offline or online) are usually selling modern style suits : usually they are single-breasted and are skinny fit, which I find very ugly.
I want a good double-breasted, relaxed fit suit, but can't anything reasonable online.
something like this:
