Try this minimalist routine for great results
For last year I have been doing bodyweight fitness, nothing too serious. Didnt count calories, didnt track training reps absolutely nothing a industry is telling you to do.
Instead I tried to walk everyday for atleast one hour, and two times a week I spam dips and pull ups. And when I say spam I really mean it, do it once a week like your life depends on it. In meantime I lost 15 kg, went from someone who couldnt do one single pull up to doing 3 reps with +20kg added weight.
My routine is something like this:
First set go heaviest you can lift, so I take 20kg and do set of 3 pull ups (right now cant do more).
I rest for a minute then do again, and I do this until I can't physically do 2 clean reps with that weight.
After that I lower weight to 18 kg and repeat the process. After that to 16kg etc all the way to the bodyweight. After I cant do single pullup i spam bw chinups.
Workout like this takes me approximiately 2 hours and I'm not kidding when I say pump from this last for literally 2 days. Apply same thing to dips. My biceps, shoulders, lats are bigger then ever and it works for me, so try it for yourself you got nothing to lose.
And all it takes is 2 workouts of 2 hours a week. Walking daily I dont even consider workout but part of routine.
