I weigh about 120 lbs but ever since I can remember ive always had this weird pouch on my lower abdomen and no matter how much weight i lose it won’t go down or away. Summer is coming uo and Id love some tips. Ive been in a calorie deficit for a year and I do weight lifting and exercise regularly so I have no idea why this weight is being so stubborn.
