Douglas is a beagle basset mix. Douglas tolerates a bath only because he gets to walk around the store and eat spilled kibble off the floor and pick out a treat after. You would never know by the looks he gives me throughout the process. I even let him skip the dryer since he hates it so much.
Thanks to this community, I learned about page turners. I just got mine but there’s a light that blinks every time you press the button. Does anyone have one that doesn’t have the light? It annoys and distracts me, plus I read a lot in the dark.
I ordered a 26 oz Rambler in Sea View from Yeti that I want to return. I’m keeping the 18oz Sea View. When I go to complete the form it only shows me the 18oz to choose to return. Not the 26oz.
Yeti’s customer service has been abysmal. It took 6 emails to get past the AI bot to an agent. Then the agent just tells me to fill out the form despite me explaining that the item I want to return is not listed. After 5 more emails with the agent, he tells me he will set up a manual return once I FOR THE 12th TIME tell him which item I want to return. It has been another 3 days and I have not had a response. I am going out of town for a week and need to get this returned before I leave. Does anyone have a suggestion? This has really dissuaded me from ever purchasing anything from them directly again.
