Passed out during mapping

I went in for my initial mapping sessions yesterday and I was already very skeptical of the entire procedure. I sat down in the chair and everyone was really nice but it seemed like it was moving very fast. After they fit a cap around my head they started having the machine in different spots to see if my right thumb would twitch. After about 4 or 5 attempts I noticed I was getting very lightheaded and hot and next thing I knew I fainted.

I don't know if this is normal or a bad sign but it has me doubting if I should go back. Does anyone have any similar experiences or know why this might have happened?

I am also nervous that this might have messed up the mapping but I don't want to ask them to do it again. I was watching my thumb and seeing my hand involuntarily move was a really strange experience and I hope I did not interfere with it either.

Back of Bookshelf is falling off

I couldnt get the nails out to put the back on again and was hoping to avoid just taping it. Does anyone have any advice on how to secure the back again since I can't remove the nails.

Can I redeem these?

I have found a few of these in some cabinets that my uncle had gotten for be in 2001 and I wasnt sure if I can still redeem these? From what I have read online there should be another paper that comes with this but I can't find what it looks like. Does anyone know what I can do with these?

Unsure if TMS is right for me

My therapist has recommended TMS to me for months now and I have been a bit skeptical. I gave the place a call to get some more insight but I just have noticed a lot of red flags and wanted to hear some redditors opinions.

After the consultation appointment for them to get to know me and see if my insurance covers the procedure they have been calling and texting me everyday to make an appointment. I let them know I was hesistant and wanted some time to think on it and they continued to keep reaching out offering same day appointments even.

I have dealt with a lot of medical offices throughout my life and its almost always the opposite. I would usually be the one to reach out constantly and have to wait a while to even get an appointment.

I have read lots of posts here and everything I can online about TMS and it seems like a really amazing procedure. So if its really this amazing why would they be reaching out so eagerly I would imagine they are booked up unless there is some catch.

I was wondering if anyone else had these experiences or if maybe due to it not being a popular procedure they might have some sort of quota or need more data on different demographics and this is for research?
