2015 Transmission issues

The 6F35 transmission in the XLT is not happy at 190,000+ miles. I'm getting the shudder despite the shifts remaining fairly smooth. How many people have had success replacing the trans fluid and adding the transfix goop? I understand that you can only drain about half the fluid with a change. Should I try multiple changes to flush even more of the old fluid out before adding the transfix?

Hate to dump the Explorer after dropping $2K to replace the water pump and chain components...other than the pump and this recent shudder, the Explorer has been a bulletproof champ.

Entitled HOA, Episode 436

We called the HOA to let them know that the grandson was going to purchase the grandmother's house.

Shocked HOA response- "You should have let me know you were thinking of selling the house! We need to know these things!"

Mild retort- "Sorry about that. We didn't see a Right of First Refusal in the HOA docs- nor any protocols or processes for a new owner to submit the new information. But we did notice that livestock is allowed on these larger lots, so the grandson is looking forward to his eventual flock of fainting goats. He will be in touch to change the billing for future HOA fees."

So glad this is at least a moderate and somewhat liberal HOA. I've been in a brutal HOA before, and I'll never do so again.

Fueling issue? 98 Z3M

The roadster has been sitting in the garage for a few years, with the rare blast down the street to get everything up to operating temperature and give the bushings a workout. This Spring, for the first time, it will start and run for about a second, and then turn off. I have to do this perhaps 5-6 times, and then it comes to life and runs normally. I am getting a whiff of raw gas in the cabin during this startup process. I wonder if the fuel sending unit is going bad, or maybe a fuel pump. Car is stock. Fuel pump was replaced (stockZ) about 5 years ago. Once the car has been driven for a while, it tends to start right up normally, but occassionaly will need 3-4 cycles to start and keep running.

Anybody hasd a similar issue, before I start chasing faults at the wrong end of the fuel system? No codes showing up on the OBD2 scanner.
