RDSP - where do you host your account?

I use BMO and their interface is god awful and confusing as all hell. (I have a chequing acct with them and use investorline but the RDSP is whack.)

It’s so bad I’m thinking about moving it altogether. Does anyone have an RDSP account with a bank they would recommend ?

Other Bennett sister. Finally a period piece that isn’t Bridgerton-fied

-normal faces without filler and Botox
- hairy armpits✅
- more realistic aesthetic
- historically approved dialogue
- period piece music

Blackout blind?

I had professional blackout blinds put in but there is still light along the sides and bottom. I get migraines and these bits of light are tough.

Does anyone have recommendations for professional blind service who can properly fix this or get new blackout blinds altogether?

Don’t care about cost or what it looks like at this point. Migraines are torture (IYKYK)

There is another post about blackout blinds but it didn’t answer this specific question.

Thank you

PEI, you are BEAUTIFUL!!!

I am visiting for a week on a solo birthday trip.

I’m overwhelmed with restaurant choices in Charlottetown- endless oysters, lobster, seafood... I’ve had my first ever lobster dinner! I’ve also been fortunate to eat oysters around the world and I have NEVER tasted oysters like this!!

Claddaghs and Slaymaker were my favourite spots so far.

I love how LGBTQ inclusive it is- visible presence of support with flags and messaging at homes and in establishments. I’m also really appreciating the indigenous presence throughout. It makes me feel very proud to be Canadian.

Yesterday I drove up to North Rustico, the beaches, Cavendish, Anne of Green Gables museum (my eyes teared up at the beautiful history and display of LM Montogmery’s illuminating life), then drove back town to visit the Buffalo park and Montague.

Today I drove all along the water, stopping briefly at: Victoria (so cute!), Summerside, the bottle houses (why not), West Point, up to North Cape (this gave me haunting chills, and back down to Charlottetown.

Getting to see the sun along the ocean, with all the beautiful homes, the many historical churches, the cute little postal offices, stopping in small towns to chat and get a coffee and everyone is not just nice or polite, but genuinely warm, curious and friendly.

Farmers would wave as I passed by their homes. Seeing the sun poking through the clouds on the horizon along the ocean made me emotional.

I listened to a PEI playlist along the way. The fiddle! And a history of PEI podcast.

This is a very, very special place 🥹 Thank you all for sharing your magic with another Canadian. Being here made me feel so proud to be Canadian!

Tomorrow is my last day. I’ll be savouring every moment ❤️

Incoming tourist!

Coming from Ontario for a solo birthday trip end of May and I can’t wait to visit your beautiful province.

Any reccos for a north shore / south shore day trip? There are loads of options online and thought I’d check Reddit. (I realize they’re $700-$1200 for 7 hours).

I’m looking at the local favourites post as well but I don’t see day trips by car on the map.

Any other recommendations I’d love to hear!

TIA❤️

Is Jupiter visible right now?

I’ve been trying different apps to see if it’s a still satellite, a star, or if it’s Jupiter. It seems more visible than usual.

I’m in Canada. I’m curious to hear from those who have travelled for the vaccine. 39F on hiprex but with occasional breakthrough.

- where did you go? (If you’re comfortable making the specific clinic that would be so helpful)
- what was the process like? What do I need to knows?
- were there side effects?
- did it work?

Thank you
