Godox v860ii/iii flash problems with sony a7iii/iv etc..

The connection between the Godox flash and Sony cameras is very fragile and unreliable. After some time the connection loosen up, and the flash wont fire. The only solution I have found so far is to remount the flash on the camera every once in a while. For someone who is doing run and gun styled shooting, its very annoying and always at risk of missing important shots. Is there a permanent solution to this problem, without switching brand? Is there a modification I can do to the flash to make the connection more secure without causing any damages to the camera?

Is 1k too much to replace brake and rotor on the elantra?

I have a 2011 Elantra touring (hatch back, known as i30 in Europe). It has around 70k miles/110k km on it, 70% hwyway/30% city driving, still on the original brakes and motors. I was quoted 1k to replace all four (mechanic insist the need to replace both brake and motor at the same time for safety - they never look at the car, it was a over the phone quote). Looking at online websites the cost of brake/motor is around 350. Is it fair to pay 650 for labour? This is an independent trusted local garage with certified hyundai mechanics.

Consider this situation: an individual work from home 3 days a week in 2025. No written agreement with the employer (Ontario government). Her home expense is just rent and internet, about 2000/month. She has a dedicated area of the home for work (15% of total space). Is she eligible to claim work from home expense?

"Your employer required you to work from home

This requirement does not have to be part of your employment contract, however, it should be a written or verbal agreement."
