Women don't even consider bottom 80% of men as existing, so when they say they want a nerd they're picturing a top 20% dude but also one who is "nerdy" enough to not have a roster and be a fuckboy i.e. they still want a top tier attractive man but one who doesn't have a harem

My blood sugars just get messed up no matter what recently, I take a fucking 5 minute walk and I'm low as fuck. I hate this shit so much someone please kill me. I'm literally unemployed rn and burnt out from just existing with this shitty illness

I want be more dominant socially and to be more assertive, especially career wise but also I want to be more aggressive in social situations and day to day life. Does anyone have advice or methods they've used.
