Me and some friends want to go bar Hoping but don’t know where to go anyone have ideas?

How do I 21 M figure out how I feel about 21 F kissing her friends

Me and my co worker have been seeing each-other for about 2 months this last weekend I stayed and went out with her and her friends the whole weekend and helped them move
While we were out bar hoping she started kissing her friends/new roommate I asked about it she said it’s different and there’s nothing sexual about it she asked what I thought and if it bothered me and I said I don’t think it does
I don’t know why I didn’t just say yes when it very much at least stunned me when I first saw it and with some thought it didn’t bother me to much
but the amount it happened and how passionate it was makes me feel different
I really like her and hanging out with her friends this has been the only thing that’s bothered me so far and idk how to go about this if it is a deal breaker

Im just torn I think if I tell her it bothers me then there’s no chance of us dating
