terrified of having another manic episode

Aren't you terrified of having another manic episode? I think about it sometimes, like, I'm not feeling great right now (I'm depressed), but at least I'm not manic. I think that and I feel better, what a complacent idiot. But seriously, I'm scared to think that I'm going to have an episode, no matter what. How long has it been since you last had one?

body aches upon waking

Has anyone ever experienced terrible body aches upon waking from an ECT session? For me, it was the worst part—waking up from the general anesthesia. I felt pain in every muscle in my body. Was that normal?

HELP

How does Substack work? I write notes and get nothing… not even a single like. Meanwhile, I see notes from people with fewer than six subscribers getting at least one or two likes per note. I don't get it, and it makes me feel sad.
