How can I best store these?

(Pictures are only to show what fabric I'm talking about, mine are actually on my sets.)

I want to put my avatar sets in storage, however I am gonna take off the plastic sheets off of the banshee's and the tent, how do I best store these? EDIT I am primarily worried the coloring might start bleeding over time if they're just placed against each other. Or regular paper for example

AI says to put it in between baking sheets.

What have you done? Or would you do?

Weird refund situation.

Hello

I recently opened my store and have gotten a handful of succesful orders.

Recently i had a buyer reach out to me with weird requests, if i could use different shipping companies because they'd need the order within 5 days because they were moving houses. (this shipment would be international) I looked into it for them and they never ended up responding. a week later they ordered a small city set. In the invoice i asked if they wanted track and trace or not. I did invoice them the amount without track and trace. that way they could hurry along the process. they just paid the shipping amount without track and trace. After shipping i started getting mails and messages, "is there tracking for this order?" "will we know when the order arrives so we can plan our schedule" "we might not be home this week so can the package be redirected to a post office" and now i've gotten a message stating that their friend is not home for 2 weeks and that they'd like to return the order and that i refund them if it's possible.

Im honestly a little flabbergasted by what i think are excuses.

I don't know how you'd return something you can't accept because you aren't home, but despite that.

Do i have to indulge their request for a refund in this case?

Are these grounds for a negative review?

What would other sellers do?

I realise im probably best off by refunding them, but this is not acceptable behavior right?

Should I change these brackets?

Hello,

Our contractor used these corner brackets to hold up our floor joists.

The floor above will be a bedroom, office and a toilet. The total span from wall to wall is roughly 12-15 feet. He also put one big screw in thats approximately 7 inches long on the opposite end of the bracket. After multiple people have come in after his work they've looked at these corners brackets and said, "why'd he use those"

So that has me wondering whether or not I should change the corner brackets out for the appropriate type of brackets? What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance

EDIT Well... **** Will definitely be replacing them one by one with the appropriate joist hangers

Thank you
