Fucking love this bike

Been riding the hell out of it in the Arkansas heat, my poor FXR has been neglected. Gonna start tear down on it soon enough, it’s got some leaky base gaskets.

Any info you could give?

Local seller, claims it’s a 1939. Is there anything that is out of the ordinary, or anything I should be looking for/at? The sights don’t look right, but other than that I can’t tell. Seems like a good price ($750) but I wanted to check with folks more knowledgeable than me.

Installed the new Thrashin bags

I love em! Had the struts and brackets powder coated black. They work very well.

‘95 Evo chop

I’ve been having this built for the past year by none other than Andy Wolf of Howlin Custom Cycles. I came to him over a year ago and asked him if he’d be willing to build me a bike that I’d had on my mind for a while. He agreed, and this is what we came up with (mostly him, I can’t do shit). I’ve known Andy for over 10 years and I’ve always respected his work and attention to detail. Also his ability to tell you when your idea is stupid which is a skill long lost on some.

The bike started life as a ‘95 Harley Softail. Andy did a full frame up rebuild, engine refresh with new adjustable lifters and an Andrews EV27 cam.

• Paint done locally by the man Bundy

• Seat made by B&C Cycles

• Exhaust by Josh Sheehan (dirtybiker) and the crew at Paughco

• Rear hardtail section by Krispy Co.
